Return Process

  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 48 to 72 business hours.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
